About Mountain Lotus
Mountain Lotus Yoga is suitable for both beginners and experienced yoga practitioners. Mountain Lotus offers a variety of yoga disciplines including Vinyasa Power Yoga, Anusara-inspired yoga™ and Guided Meditation. Today, the studio is the only one in the Valley to offer one truly unique yoga practice - Vinyasa Power Yoga. Vinyasa is a yoga system based upon the Baron Baptiste and CorePower Yoga disciplines whereby dynamic breathing is combined with strong, flowing movement to generate heat and dissolve tension. Like any form of yoga, practicing Vinyasa improves body alignment and increases mind/body awareness and, as an aerobic exercise, also helps build strength and flexibility.
