HI, I’M KELLY

Hi, I’m Kelly, a Senior Yoga Teacher, Ayurvedic Health and Well-Being Coach, and Bhakti Practitioner.

I’m a yoga teacher, coach, and student of the human experience, currently in graduate school studying integrative psychology, where I’m deepening my work in somatic awareness, nervous system regulation, and the therapeutic process.

For over 25 years, I’ve guided people through movement, breath, and reflection. My path has been shaped by a wide range of lived experiences, as a collegiate athlete, a mother, and someone who has navigated anxiety, intensity, and the ongoing process of coming back to myself.

Movement has always been my entry point. It was where I first learned how closely the body and mind are connected, not just in theory, but in lived experience. Over time, that understanding has expanded beyond physical practice into something more subtle: learning how to listen, feel, and stay with what’s actually here.

My introduction to Ayurveda in 2003 opened another doorway. It showed me how small, consistent shifts in how we live can create meaningful change. That foundation continues to inform my work, alongside years of study in yoga, meditation, and now integrative and somatic approaches to healing.

What has evolved most in my work is not what I do, but how I do it.

I’m less interested in fixing or improving, and more interested in creating space:

  • to feel what’s present

  • to understand patterns more clearly

  • and to reconnect with a deeper sense of self

Whether we’re moving on the mat, sitting in conversation, or working together over time, my approach is grounded in the body. I pay attention to what’s happening beneath the surface, breath, sensation, nervous system patterns, and use that as a guide for where to go next.

I work with people who are thoughtful, driven, and often holding a lot internally, athletes, professionals, parents, and individuals navigating change or uncertainty, who are ready for something more honest, more embodied, and more sustainable.

This work is not about becoming someone new.

It’s about coming back to yourself.

THE ART OF WHOLENESS

Integrative Practices for Living in Alignment

‘Inner and outer body bright’ is a yoga cue I’ve always aspired to live by. It’s a guiding principle for how I aspire to live, teach and support my clients in finding for themselves. This phrase reflects the interconnectedness of our inner clarity and outer expression, and how cultivating radiance within naturally extends to the world around us.

In today’s fast-paced, distraction-filled world, it’s essential to stay rooted in our center. When we attune to our inner realm and listen and trust what we feel, we become more intentional about where we focus our sacred life force. This is the essence of inner and outer radiance, nurturing the brilliance within so it shines outward in how we live, love, and lead.

Through yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, coaching, and bhakti, I aim to support you in aligning your body, mind, and spirit. Together, we create a space to connect deeply with yourself, restore balance, and feel more like yourself again.

With over 25 years of practice and teaching, I blend traditional wisdom with modern insights to meet you in your daily life. My mission is to offer transformative practices that harmonize yogic traditions with contemporary science, empowering you to cultivate presence, wholeness, and the ability to thrive.

But wholeness isn’t something we achieve, it’s something we return to.

Many of us feel disconnected at times, from our bodies, our emotions, or parts of ourselves we’ve learned to move past or push aside. This work is about coming back into relationship with those parts, gently and honestly.

What to Expect:

  • On the mat or cushion, we’ll explore meditation, breathwork, mantra, philosophy, and movement to balance your energy and support your entire being.

  • In coaching sessions, we’ll dive into practices rooted in purpose, intention, shadow work, positive psychology, neuroscience, and modern movement techniques to align your life with your values.

Whether we’re practicing or reflecting together, my approach is grounded in intuition, intention, and experience. I am honored to walk this path of growth with you, helping you radiate wholeness from the inside out.
