This short, guided experience is designed to help you slow down, soften, and come back into rhythm—through simple, accessible movement, breath, and awareness.

But through movement, breath, and awareness.

Where this comes from

In my world, this work is deeply influenced by yoga, somatic awareness, and Ayurveda.

In Ayurveda, what many of us experience in the summer looks like a combination of:

  • Vata dosha → feeling scattered, anxious, wired, or ungrounded

  • Pitta dosha → feeling overheated, driven, reactive, or depleted

You don’t need to understand any of that.

You’ve probably just felt it.

This program is about responding to those patterns in a way that’s simple, grounded, and actually doable.

How it works

This is a 3-week guided reset

Each week, you’ll have:

  • 3 curated movement practices (from my online library)

  • 1 short voice note from me to guide the week

  • Optional daily practices to bring it into your real life

Nothing overwhelming.
Nothing to keep up with.

Just a rhythm you can drop into.

The Flow

Week 1 — Slow Down

We start by settling the nervous system. Grounding, repetitive movement, slower pacing, breath-led awareness. You begin to feel your body again.

Week 2 — Cool Down

We soften the intensity. Releasing pressure + heat, less pushing, more allowing, creating space in the body and mind. You begin to feel less reactive… more steady.

Week 3 — Come Back to You

We integrate. More intuitive movement. Listening instead of forcing, reconnecting to your own rhythm. You begin to trust what you feel.
