Vitality and clarity arise from what we feed our bodies. At this retreat, food is a practice of care—locally sourced and prepared with a commitment to real nourishment. Each dish is crafted to be both delicious and deeply supportive of your energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.

Brunch and dinner are homemade in The Line Up’s kitchen using fresh, local, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Meals are vibrant and wholesome, free from refined sugar, and processed foods.

Menus will include options for most guests. If you have special needs, Kelly will work with you directly to ensure you feel supported. Whether you’re sipping a homemade juice or sharing a warm meal after practice, the food is designed to nourish you from the inside out.

Accommodations

The Line Up is more than a villa — it’s a sanctuary designed for connection, practice, and deep rest. Perched in the jungle above Playa Guiones, the home offers sweeping views of the Pacific and the lush green canopy below. Every space is crafted with both comfort and inspiration in mind: a place to restore balance, gather in community, and return to yourself.

Each room is unique, blending modern design with natural elements. From expansive master suites to cozy casitas and shared lofts, accommodations provide a range of options to support your needs — whether you crave privacy or wish to share with friends.

All guests enjoy access to the villa’s infinity pool, open living spaces, and chef-prepared meals in the communal kitchen. Just a short ride down the hill, Playa Guiones awaits with world-class surf and a vibrant beach town.

• Premium Master Suites — spacious retreats with king beds, ensuites, and ocean views

• Private Rooms — king or queen beds, mostly with ensuite or semi-private baths

• Casitas — stand-alone hideaways offering extra privacy and unique layouts

• Shared Loft + Casita — comfortable shared spaces designed for friends or solo travelers open to community living

Shared Loft + Casitas: 

Peak (Shared Loft): Two queen beds and a shared bath on the main floor, with lots of room to spread out.

Pocket (Casita 1): Standalone casita with queen bed, daybed, and ensuite bath for extra privacy.

Rail (Casita 2): Private casita with queen bed, twin bed, ensuite bath, and kitchenette.

Slash (Casita 3): Spacious standalone casita with two double beds and ensuite shared bath, ideal for friends or groups.

Master Suite + Private King & Queen

Carve (Premium Master Suite): Expansive master wing with a king bed, ensuite bath, and sweeping ocean views.

Quiver (Master Suite): Spacious king suite with ensuite bath and ocean views.

Rush (Private King): King bed with ensuite bath, designed for rest and renewal.

Drop (Private Queen): Queen bed with ensuite or semi-private bath, bright and comfortable.

Onsite Activities and Services

Our practice home will be The Line Up’s open, light-filled yoga spaces, with twice-daily practices overlooking the jungle canopy and the Pacific Ocean.

Retreat guests have full access to the villa’s infinity pool, open-air living areas, hammocks, ping pong table and jungle terraces. Meals are prepared by local chefs in the communal kitchen, and the home’s design invites both quiet reflection and shared community moments.

Included in the retreat are a group surf lesson at Playa Guiones and a guided group waterfall hike led by a local guide who brings cultural and spiritual depth to the land.

Optional activities arranged through our concierge include additional surf sessions, ziplining through the jungle, spa treatments, and more opportunities to explore Nosara’s vibrant culture.
